I Am Sheena Maxine Pruiett better known as an “Okie” (pronounced O-Key) being originally from Oklahoma City. “Kazina“ is my stage-name or nickname and “Maxine” is my middle name. I hope to be an inspiration for others and dreams do come true. Set your intentions on what you want out of life and go for it! I believe the only failure we have is not to at least try! Be yourself, because that is how you stand out just from Being You. I’ve had a full-time career in aviation and logistics for years, so I didn’t take the traditional path (whatever that is) to become an Artist (Actor). I’m very fortunate I finally decided to walk by faith and jump into the unknown. I had to learn to trust myself with my ambition and strong-will to embark on an unconventional path I have felt inside me for years and also hoped deep down inside I have angel wings or a safety net! Never an easy journey but worth it when it’s something inside you that is supposed to be expressed and shared with the world. The beauty is in the Artistry and collaboration with all the unique artists in the industry. The development and growth behind a story is bringing our vision to life. Creating characters from our imagination and bringing them into being is only the beginning of the story. Creation behind the character is what make the character uniquely ours. Ideas are all around us to create art. I’m a visionary and artist of life!

Training & Skills: I am skilled in a range of acting styles, from comedic to dramatic. I have also trained in various performance techniques, including Meisner Technique and theater. I am always eager to take on new challenges and push myself as an actor and writer.
To include actor training and classes with Julliard Award-winning Private Acting Coach Anthony Aibel and also attended acting classes at the School of Screen Acting @ Boston Casting.
Mentorship: To include actor training and mentorship with Actress, Career and Lifestyle Coach Ajarae Coleman, the founder of Acting Resource Guru and The Table. And with Acting, Life and Career Coach, Award-winning Actress Christine Horn, the founder of Hollywood Bound Actors (HBA).
